KO2 Learning helps organizations bridge the gap between complex systems, operational processes, business goals, and the people expected to adopt and use them effectively. Understanding all four is what makes the difference between training that checks a box and learning that actually builds capability and changes how people perform.

More recently, this work has expanded to include helping organizations explore AI-enabled productivity and workforce support solutions as technologies and ways of working continue to evolve.

Depending on project scope and organizational needs, KO2 Learning also partners with experienced consultants and specialized professionals to provide additional expertise and support for larger or more complex initiatives.

Founded by Tamara Lewis, KO2 Learning brings together more than 30 years of experience supporting workforce development, systems adoption, operational training, technical documentation, and process improvement initiatives across healthcare, finance, insurance, legal, utilities, nonprofit, and corporate environments.

After completing her MBA, Tamara began her consulting career supporting analytical and operational projects for Deloitte before transitioning into software training and systems support consulting for large law firms in Chicago and Denver. That early experience working closely with end users, operational teams, and technology implementations led to broader consulting work involving ERP implementations, digital transformation initiatives, process improvement efforts, compliance-driven environments, and workforce enablement projects across multiple industries.

Throughout her career, she has worked closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, project teams, operational leaders, and end users to translate technical and operational complexity into practical learning and support solutions. Her approach combines instructional design, operational training, technical communication, and systems adoption support to help organizations align learning initiatives with business goals while supporting the people responsible for carrying change forward.

One belief that has stayed with Tamara throughout her career came from her father, who often said that education is important not simply for acquiring knowledge, but for learning how to learn. That perspective continues to shape KO2 Learning’s approach to workforce development, adaptability, and continuous learning in environments where systems, technologies, and business needs continue to evolve.

Tamara holds an MBA from the University of Illinois Chicago, a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University, and certifications in Six Sigma and Change Management.

If you’re looking for a partner who can quickly understand your environment and develop practical solutions that support your people and your goals, KO2 Learning would welcome the conversation.
